Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant
Location: UAE
We are seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team,
including operations support to the HR manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Management.
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Manage office supplies and inventory.
* Data Entry and Record Keeping:
* Maintain and update company databases.
* Assist with filing and archiving of documents.
* Maintain daily attendance reports and time tracking.
* Update the employee database regularly.
* Track annual leave and ensure accurate records.
* Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for employees’ work visas.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
