Career
- High school diploma, Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an HVAC Technician
- Work experience in VRF /VRV systems ( Brands- Daikin / Trane / Mitsubishi / Hitachi).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Strong Knowledge of VRF Systems, including Installation , Maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.

- Sales experience in UAE market is MUST ( Minimum of 2-3 Years)
- Should have good knowledge of HVAC equipment. Must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge not only to technical but to business users as well.
- HVAC equipment market knowledge and familiarity with consultants and contractors in UAE.
- Be able to interpret equipment specifications and prepare compliance statements
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing the orders, negotiating the prices, completing sales.
- Develop Sales & marketing strategies.
- Preferable past experience working on HVAC equipment sales projects and preparing submittals.
- UAE Driving license is MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
