- Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Provide design and specification development support to Client, Consultant, contractor, etc.
- Understand design requirements set by the consultant and modify to ensure product compliance.
- Prepare submittals/compliance or relevant documents for material approvals.
- Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements.
- Assist in the design of the project necessary to make the most efficient way to achieve the goal of the client.
- Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in the company-approved database.
- Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
- Provide the status of ongoing projects and future projects.
- Identify customers’ needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is a MUST.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE is a MUST.
