Senior Service Sales Engineer

The HVAC Service Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC Services to customers including, but not limited to, services, repairs, overhauling, annual maintenance contracts, replacements and retrofits. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of HVAC systems and components to provide customers with accurate information, technical support, and service solution recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell HVAC services and components to customers, including end users, FM companies, contractors with customer profile including Hotels, hospitals, Malls, Commercial & Residential buildings, individual villas etc.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Manage and update customer records, including service sales activities, opportunities, and contact information.
- Provide accurate forecasting of service sales and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and trends.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or any related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license.
