Service Sales Co-ordinator – Job Posting

We are currently looking for a service sales coordinator to be part of our service team. Below mentioned is the job description.

• Regularly draw up work schedules based on existing service contracts, allocate the work efficiently to the engineers and technicians, and follow up on work completion documents .
• Receiving phone calls and recording complaints,
• Prepare and present reports as requested by management.
• Procure of required site materials as per request by the service engineer/technician, issue the LPOs, and follow up with the supplier for timely delivery.
• Handling LPOs and Petty cash,
• Handling Proper documentation like service reports, projectrelated data, documents, drawing in proper format and filing so it can be accessed easily
• Preparing the AMC contract once the contract has expired and filing the contract copy for future references.
• A minimum of 2 years of UAE experience is a MUST.
• Philippines nationality preferred
